Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing ASCXN Flooring for your Luxury Vinyl SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring needs! We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Here is our warranty policy for the flooring purchased from us.

Warranty Coverage

Duration:

This limited warranty covers your SPC flooring for a period of [TBD] from the date of purchase for residential use, and [TBD] for commercial use, unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.

What’s Covered:

This warranty applies to defects in material and manufacturing, such as delamination, warping, or other structural issues caused by the production process. These must be verified by an inspection (see Claims Process below).

Imported Quality Assurance:

Our SPC flooring is sourced from a trusted manufacturer in Vietnam and meets industry standards for durability and performance.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., scratches, dents, water damage from spills, or exposure to extreme conditions).

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration over time due to sunlight or heavy use.

  • Issues arising from failure to follow manufacturer installation and maintenance guidelines (available upon request).

  • Flooring sold “as-is” or marked as clearance/discontinued.

Claims Process

Report the Issue:

If you discover a defect in your SPC flooring, contact us at sales@ascxnflooring.com within 30 days of noticing the issue. Please provide your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a brief description of the problem.

Inspection:

We will arrange for an inspector to visit the site, assess the flooring, and document the condition with photos or video. This helps us determine if the defect is covered under the warranty.

Resolution:

Once we review the inspection with our manufacturer: If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Refund: A refund for the defective portion of the flooring (e.g., based on the square footage affected).

  • Replacement: Free replacement flooring for the defective amount (e.g., if 100 square meters are defective, we’ll provide 100 square meters free with your next order or as a standalone shipment, depending on availability and timing).

 

Timeline:

We aim to resolve claims within 30-60 days of receiving all necessary documentation, subject to manufacturer review.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper installation by a qualified professional following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

  • Maintain the flooring according to recommended care instructions (e.g., avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive moisture).

  • Retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Additional Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective flooring and does not cover installation, labor, or consequential damages.

  • We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy with notice, but changes will not affect prior purchases.
