We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ASCXN Flooring. Please review our refund policy for details on returns, damages, and refunds.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return period. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@ascxnflooring.com. If your return is approved:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the total value of the returned product.

  • Since we proudly serve our local community, no shipping is involved. Customers are responsible for arranging drop-off or pick-up of the items at our location during business hours (see below for details).

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Details:
  • Please call 534-232-3627 to arrange time and location.

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–4 PM

  • You may drop off your return during business hours, or contact us to schedule a pick-up from your location within our local service area. Please ensure the items are packaged and ready for transport.​​

Damages and Issues

Inspection:
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@ascxnflooring.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Resolution:
  • We’ll work with you to make it right, whether through a refund or replacement, depending on the situation and availability.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and any applicable service charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Delayed Refunds:

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us at sales@ascxnflooring.com.
